After meetings and questions it has come to determine that Flashing The Declaration is now going to be joining the other studs at New Hope pasture after graduating to Grade One status after his most recent win. The Stallion is expecting to race July Week four before entering into the next chapter of his life. The staff team was immediately surprised when they set Flasher free in the paddock where the other retired horses were and he immediately ran to his mothers attention. Flashing the Declaration has had a pretty good career and now that he has returned to New Hope he can now retire at the stables from which he was born in.
